Seasoned Oriental Vegetable Mix: Water, Bean Sprouts, Green Bell Peppers, Red Bell Peppers, Carrots, Onions, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate, Garlic Powder, Spices, Citric Acid, Disodium Inosinate And Disodium Guanylate. Sauce Mix: Modified Corn Starch, Sugar, Salt, Seasoning (Contains Wheat And Soya), Monosodium Glutamate, Dextrose, Hydrolyzed Soya And Corn Protein, Onion Powder, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Spices, Caramel Colour, Lactic Acid And Sulphites.

Preparation And Usage

BASIC DIRECRIONS : Cut 450 g or 1 lb beef (chuck, round or flank) into very thin strips. (Slightly frozen is easier to slice thin). Heat 15 mL or 1 tablespoon oil in large skillet and brown meat. Add 375 mL or 1 1/2 cups of water and sauce mix. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Drain liquid from the can, rinse vegetables with cold water. Add drained Pepper Steak vegetables. Mix thoroughly and heat through, stirring occasionally. Add celery and water chestnuts for taste variety.
