Quick quinoa
Yield: 3 to 4 servings
In a big pot, bring 1/2 litre (500 ml) of water, 1 tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tsp of table salt to a boil. Pour in 250 g (1 cup) of quinoa while stirring gently. Cook for 20 to 25 minutes on very low heat, uncovered. When cooked, the quinoa grain will become transparent and a white ring will emerge from the grain. Remove from heat and drain. Serve.
