ALL YOU NEED: MAKES 7 SERVINGS
- 3 1/4 cups (800 mL) water
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) dry red wine
- Your choice of meat and vegetables to cook
ALL YOU DO:
1. COMBINE contents of one envelope with water in medium sauce pan.2. BRING to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
3. ADD wine.
4. POUR into fondue pot and simmer while cooking
meat and vegetables in broth.
TIPS:
- Use very thin slices of meat and vegetables for best results and faster cooking.
- Make sure the stand of the fondue pot is stable and on a flat surface to avoid spills.
