ALL YOU NEED: MAKES 1 CUP (250 mL) GRAVY
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) each milk and water
ALL YOU DO:
1. COMBINE milk, water and gravy mix in saucepan.
2. COOK over medium heat, stirring constantly until gravy comes to a boil; simmer 1 minute.
MICROWAVE TIP:
1. COMBINE milk, water and gravy mix in 1 qt (1 L) microwave safe bowl.
2. COOK, uncovered on HIGH power for 3-4 minutes until bubbly and thickened, stirring after each minute.
TIP:
- Just before serving, stir in 2 tbsp (30 mL) brandy or sherry wine.
Must be cooked for food safety.
