ALL YOU NEED: MAKES 10 SERVINGS - 2 large eggs, beaten - 1/2 cup (125 mL) each milk and dry bread crumbs - 2 lb (1 kg) ground beef ALL YOU DO: 1. COMBINE eggs, milk, bread crumbs and seasoning mix in large bowl. 2. ADD ground meat and mix well. 3. PRESS mixture firmly into 9x5-in (22x13 cm) loaf pan. 4. BAKE in 375℉ (190℃) oven for 1 hour. TIPS: - Before baking, top with 1/2 cup (125 mL) of your favourite Club House La Grille BBQ Sauce. - For meatballs, mix as directed. Form into 1-in (2.5 cm) balls. Bake on broiler rack in 350℉ (180℃) oven for 30 minutes.
