Cooking & Usage Tips
Pan fry for best results
Medium-high heat 4 to 6 min.
DO NOT COOK IN OVEN.
1. Heat
- Over medium-high heat, cook seitan in a lightly oiled pan for 4 to 6 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Mix regularly during cooking.
2. Add
- Once seitan is heated, set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté 2 cups of your choice of vegetables.
- When desired doneness is achieved, add reserved seitan, mix well and serve.
