Barbecue - From Frozen BARBECUE Cook from frozen. Place burgers on a pre-heated grill on medium-high heat. With lid down, grill burgers for 12 to 14 minutes, turning frequently until cooked. Shallow Fry - From Frozen PAN FRY Cook from frozen. Lightly grease a non-stick skillet with cooking oil then preheat at low heat setting. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes. Flip. Increase the heat to medium settings and continue cooking for another 6 to 7 minutes until cooked.
