How to prepare Conventional oven 1 Prep cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 180℃ (350ºF).2 Heat remove frozen meatballs from packaging and place in a single layer on a baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and heat for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway, until heated through. 3 Serve Microwave (1200 watts)1 Prep remove frozen meatballs from packaging and place on a microwave-safe dish. 2 Heat for 6 meatballs: heat uncovered on high for 1-1½ minutes.3 Serve carefully remove from microwave and let stand for 1 minute before serving. Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only.
