Directions - take at bedtime or 30 minutes before breakfast - swallow whole - do not crush, chew or take tablets with milk or antacid Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 to 3 tablets, do not take more than 3 tablets in 24 hours. Children 6 to 12 years: 1 tablet, do not take more than 1 tablet in 24 hours. Children under 6 years: as directed by a doctor.
