CONVENTIONAL OVEN 1 PREP Preheat oven to 200℃ (400℉). Grease muffin cups or line with large paper liners. Add ½ package (875 mL or 3½ cups) of muffin mix into a mixing bowl. Break up any lumps. Add 1⅓ cups (325 mL) of cold water and 1 lightly beaten egg. Mix ingredients just until blended. Divide batter evenly among 12 prepared muffin cups. 2 BAKE on the middle rack of the oven for 18-20 minutes. 3 SERVE Let muffins cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Makes 12 muffins.
