How to prepare
Each package contains 2 individually wrapped sheets of pre-rolled puff pastry, each approximately 9 1/2 x 10 inches in size to fit most pie plates. Remove desired quantity, either one or both rolls, from the package. Do not remove the individual cellophane wrap. For best results, defrost the dough in the refrigerator overnight or for 2 hours at room temperature. The dough should be cold to the touch and unroll easily if fully defrosted. Use dough as required for your favourite puff pastry recipe, which can then be frozen if desired.
Safe handling
Keep frozen until ready to defrost. Do not refreeze thawed product. Thawed dough must be discarded after 24 hours in the refrigerator. Cook before eating. Do not eat raw dough.
