2. POUR POUCH MIX INTO REUSABLE CONTAINER THEN SHAKE PORK, 1 PIECE AT A TIME, UNTIL EVENLY COATED. DISCARD ANY REMAINING COATING MIX.
3. ARRANGE PORK ON FOIL OR PARCHMENT-LINED BAKING SHEET. BAKE ON MIDDLE RACK UNTIL INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 160℉ (71℃) IS REACHED WITHOUT COVERING OR FLIPPING.
BONELESS: 20 MINUTES.
BONE-IN: 30-35 MINUTES.
