Preparation And Usage

Just add water Pancakes 1. Prep preheat either a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat or an electric griddle at 200°C (400°F). Griddle is ready when small drops of water sizzle, then disappear. 2. Cook place mix and water in a bowl. Stir until lumps break up. Pour ¼ cup (60 ml) of batter for each pancake onto a hot, lightly greased skillet or griddle. Turn pancakes when edges look cooked. Turn only once. 3. Serve Waffles Makes: 8 waffles 2 cups (500 ml) Compliments Complete Pancake & Waffle Mix 1⅓ cups (330 ml) water 1. Prep preheat waffle iron. Place mix and water in a bowl and stir until batter is fairly smooth and large lumps disappear. 2. Cook bake in a hot, lightly greased waffle iron until steaming stops or light goes out. 3. Serve Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Measurements Servings: 5-6 pancakes, mix: 250 ml (1 cup), water: 160 ml (2/3 cup) Servings: 10-12 pancakes, mix: 500 ml (2 cups), water: 330 ml (1 1/3 cups) Servings: 20-22 pancakes, mix: 1 L (4 cups), water: 650 ml (2 2/3 cups) Serving For thicker pancakes, use a little less water; for thinner pancakes, use a little more water.
