Preparation And Usage
Recommended dose: adults and adolescents 12 and over: for irregularity and/or constipation: take 5 capsules 1 to 3 times daily with a full glass (240 ml) of water or other fluid. Swallow capsules one at a time and in an upright position. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose and may take 2-3 days. Do not exceed the daily maximum dose. (Adults only): for cholesterol lowering and heart health: take 5 capsules 4 times daily with a full glass (240 ml) of water or other fluid. Swallow capsules one at a time and in an upright position. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 8 weeks to see beneficial effects. Do not exceed the daily maximum dose. Children under 12 years: do not use.
