Microwave (1200 watts)
1 Prep cook from frozen. Place 2 cups (500 ml) of frozen green beans in a microwave-safe dish with 3 tbsp (45 ml) of water and cover.
2 Cook on high for 3-5 minutes or until desired texture. Stir halfway during cooking. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.
3 Serve drain, transfer to a serving dish and season to taste.
Use caution when opening, hot steam.

1 Prep cook from frozen. In a large pot, bring 1 cup (250 ml) of water to a boil.
2 Cook place 2 cups (500 ml) of frozen green beans into the pot and cover. Return to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer for 2½-3 minutes until tender.
3 Serve drain, transfer to a serving dish and season to taste.
