Cooking Instructions CONVENTIONAL OVEN 1 PREP Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Remove packaging. 2 COOK Place frozen nuggets on a baking sheet and cook on the middle rack for 16-18 minutes, turning halfway until cooked through. 3 SERVE. Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only. CAUTION: Not recommended for microwave cooking. STORAGE: Keep frozen until ready to use. SAFE HANDLING: Fish is cooked when opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Do not refreeze thawed product.
