Cooking instructions Conventional oven Heat from frozen. 1 Prep preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Remove packaging. 2 Cook place frozen chicken pieces in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet, ensuring that the largest pieces are at the centre of the baking sheet. Heat on the middle rack of oven for 35-45 minutes, turning halfway until heated through. The chicken pieces are heated when an internal temperature of 74° (165°F) is reached. Chicken piece size varies, and smaller pieces will heat faster than larger ones. Ensure that each chicken piece reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Since ovens vary in temperature, these are guidelines only. 3 Serve let stand for 5 minutes before serving. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MICROWAVE COOKING.
