Preparation And Usage
HOW TO PREPARE
CONVENTIONAL OVEN
YOU WILL NEED: ¼ cup (60 mL) unsalted butter or margarine at room temperature, 1 package (400 g) cookie mix, 2 whole eggs.
1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. Cream butter for 1 minute in a large bowl on low speed of an electric mixer. Add cookie mix and eggs and continue mixing for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape down edges of bowl. If adding extra ingredients, blend in with spoon.
3. Drop dough by rounded teaspoon onto parchment paper-lined baking sheets about 4 cm (1.5") apart. Bake in centre of oven for 13 to 15 minutes or until browned around the edges. Cool on wire racks.
Makes approximately 22 to 24 cookies.
