RECOMMENDED USES Nitrile gloves are ideal for any job where a tough, flexible, liquid-proof glove is needed. Provide excellent barriers against these chemicals: diluted acid solutions, alcohols, ammonia, auto antifreeze, battery acid, caustic potash, caustic soda, chlorine bleach, concrete etching solutions, cooking oil (room temperature), detergent and cleaner solutions, ethanol, ethylene glycol, gasoline, hydrochloric acid solutions, isopropanol, kerosene*, lubricating oil, methanol, mineral spirits*, muriatic acid, naphtha*, paint thinner, phosphoric acid, pentachlorophenol, potassium hydroxide, salt solutions, sodium hydroxide, Stoddard solvent, TSP and TSPP, turpentine, vinegar. *Chemicals used in herbicides, pesticides and insecticides. No glove will resist all chemicals indefinitely. Also, a chemical may soak through the coating of any glove in time and reach the skin without causing any visible holes. For best results, avoid unnecessary contact of a glove with any chemicals. Wash gloves after each use with mild soap and water. Hang gloves up after each use. Allow to dry thoroughly before next use. If gloves show any swelling, colour change, wrinkling or other effects from contact with chemicals, replace them immediately. A safe alternative for people with allergies to latex.
