Pancakes Makes: 12-4" (10 cm) pancakes 1 cup (250 ml) Compliments pancake & waffle mix ¾ cup (180 ml) milk 1 egg 1 tbsp (15 ml) melted butter 1. Prep preheat either a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat or an electric griddle at 200°C (400°F). Griddle is ready when small drops of water sizzle, then disappear. 2. Cook combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to moisten. Pour ¼ cup (60 ml) of batter for each pancake onto a hot, lightly greased skillet or griddle. Turn pancakes when edges look cooked. Turn only once. 3. Serve. Waffles Makes: 2-3 waffles 1 cup (250 ml) Compliments pancake & waffle mix ¾ cup (180 ml) milk 1 egg 1 tbsp (15 ml) melted butter 1. Prep preheat waffle iron. Place mix, milk, egg and melted butter in a bowl. Beat by hand or with a rotary beater until batter is almost smooth. 2. Cook bake in a hot, lightly greased waffle iron until steaming stops or light goes out. 3. Serve. Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Safe handling
