Compliments Pickling Spice is a blend of mustard seed, coriander, bay leaves, dill seed, fenugreek, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, cayenne pepper, black pepper, cloves, soybean and cottonseed oil. Pickling spice is a key ingredient for pickling and preserving fruits and vegetables but it can also be used in stews, meats and veggie dishes. Try it in corned beef and cabbage meals in a glaze or add a unique flavour to your antipasto and chutney!
