Add milk, butter, heat & serve Ready to serve in under 15 minutes. Serves 4 What you need! 1 tbsp. (15 g) of Lactantia butter (salted) 1⅔ cups (400 ml) of 1% Lactantia milk Make it! Melt butter in saucepan on medium heat until fully melted Mix in seasoning and add milk, whisk together until milk bubbles Add cheese and continuously stir in saucepan until fully melted and smooth (cook until sauce bubbles) Remove from stovetop and let stand for 1-2 minutes to allow sauce to thicken Pour directly onto warm pasta, entrée, or vegetables For a thicker sauce: add only 1½ cups (350 ml) of milk For a richer sauce: add 2 cups (500 ml) of Lactantia cooking cream instead of milk Best served when hot Reheating instructions: Reheat in microwave for 30 seconds at a time until hot, stir and add milk as desired. Reheat on stovetop on low or medium heat until cheese bubbles, and stir; add milk as desired. Store leftover sauce refrigerated in a separate container from pasta/entrée.
