1100 watt microwave on high
Remove tray from outer carton; pull back corner of film to vent.
Cook on high for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
Stir vegetable blend, spoon sauce over enchiladas covering them completely. Replace film.
Cook more on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. Let stand in microwave 1-2 minutes.
Dig in
When removing from microwave, hold onto the tray's side handles. Remove film. Stir and enjoy.
