FUDGY BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS
- 1 package Dainty gluten-free Fudgy Brownie Mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup (80 mL) water
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9"x9" baking pan and line with parchment paper.
2. Empty the brownie mix into a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until just combined.
3. Pour batter into the pan. Spread and smooth the top with a spatula.
4. Bake for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out with some wet crumbs attached.
5. Let cool on a wire rack before slicing.
