Preparation And Usage
You will need:
Skim milk
1 cup (250 ml)
Electronic mixer
1 Pour 1 cup (250 ml) cold skim milk into bowl. Add contents of the package.
2 Beat on low speed of electric mixer for 30 sec., then beat at highest speed for 3-5 min. until thicken.
3 Spoon into dessert dishes. Chill for 1-2 hours or freeze for 15 mins. Serve. 5 servings (1/2 cup / 125 ml). Refrigerate unused portions.
