INSTRUCTIONS
If your shoes insoles are removable, take them out FIRST.
1) Test for size by placing the Dr. Scholl's ® insoles against the back of your removable insoles. Trim the new insole as needed to your shoe size, using the guide at the bottom of the Dr. Scholl's® insoles. If your shoes' insoles can't be removed, trim the Dr. Scholl's® insoles to your shoe size.
2) Slide the insoles into your shoes, fabric side UP. The insole should lay flat against the bottom of your shoe and the insole heel should rest firmly in the heel of your shoe. If the insole doesn't fit without bunching, trim as needed.
