You will need 1 cup milk 2 eggs ½ cup shortening Directions Prep Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Empty biscuit mix into a medium sized bowl. Mix 1. Blend in shortening until mixture has fine crumb texture. Add milk and eggs. Mix well by hand or use electric mixer with dough hooks. 2. Place dough on lightly gluten-free floured surface and knead slightly. Roll out to 1 inch thickness, cut into rounds with cookie or biscuit cutter. Bake Place on a non-greased baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Makes approximately 20 biscuits.
