You will need 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 3 tsp. quick rising yeast 2 eggs 1 ½ cup warm water Directions Prep Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Empty bread mix into a medium sized bowl. Mix Blend in yeast. Add eggs, oil, and warm water. Blend very well (3-5 min) using electric mixer with dough hooks. Place dough in pan. Smooth top of loaf with wet spatula. Let rise in warm area for 30 minutes. Bake Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan and place on wire rack and cool before slicing. Makes 1 loaf.
