Preparation And Usage
You will Need
Cake
½ cup water
2 eggs
⅓ cup oil
Cookies
2 tbsp. water
1 egg
¼ cup melted butter
Directions for Cake
Prep
Preheat oven 180℃ (350℉). Grease 8 x 8 pan.
Mix
Stir gingerbread mix, eggs, water and oil in medium bowl. Mix untill well blended. Pour into pan.
Bake
Bake 30 - 32 minutes or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Serve warm or cold.
Directions for Cookies
Prep
Preheat oven 180℃ (350℉).
Mix
Stir gingerbread mix, egg, melted butter and water in medium size bowl until well blended. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake
Bake 10 - 12 minutes. Yield: About 2 dozen cookies.
