Preparation And Usage
You will need
1 egg
½ cup soft butter
Directions
Prep
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line pan with parchment paper or lightly grease 11'' x 13'' cookie sheet.
Mix
1. Stir cookie mix, softened butter and egg in large mixing bowl. Mix until soft dough forms.
2. Add 1 cup pure mini chocolate chips or your favorite add-in.
3. Shape dough in 1'' round balls and place about 2'' apart on baking sheet.
Bake
Bake 12 - 14 minutes or until edges are lightly brown. Cool for 3 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
