You will need ¾ cup milk 2 eggs ⅓ cup vegetable oil Directions Prep Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease muffin pan lightly or use 12 large baking cups. Mix Empty muffin mix in a medium size bowl. Add eggs, oil, and milk. Blend well until batter is smooth. Flavour tip! Add 1 cup of your favourite fruit or chocolate chips to the mixture before baking. Bake Fill each muffin tin ¾ full. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown. Make 12 muffins.
