You will need 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 3 tsp. quick rising yeast 2 eggs 1½ cup warm water Directions Prep Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Empty bread mix into a medium sized bowl. Mix Blend in yeast. Add eggs, oil, and warm water. Blend very well (3-5 min) using electric mixer with dough hooks. Place dough in pan. Smooth top of loaf with wet spatula. Let rise in warm area for 30 minutes. Bake Bake for 45-50 minutes. Remove from pan and place on wire rack and cool before slicing. Makes 1 loaf.
