You will need 1 bag pancake mix ¾ cup milk 1 egg 3 tbsp. oil Directions Prep Preheat griddle or frying pan to 180°C (350°F). Mix Add mix into large mixing bowl. Add egg, milk and oil and mix well until batter is smooth. Cook Pour 1/3 cup of batter in hot greased griddle or frying pan. Flip over in 1 ½ minutes or until bubbles form and pancakes are golden brown.
