Heating instructions
Microwave oven*
1. Place frozen vegetables in a 1½-quart (1,5 litre) microwave-safe casserole dish.
2. Add 2 tablespoons (30 ml) water and cover.
3. Heat on high for 4½-6½ minutes, stirring halfway through cook time.
4. Let stand 1 minute before serving.
Stove top*:
1. In 3-quart (3 litre) saucepan, bring ¼ cup (60 ml) water to a boil.
2. Place frozen vegetables in boiling water. Cover and boil 7-8 minutes.
3. Drain and serve.
*For food safety and quality, cook to an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F). Cooking times may vary depending on cooking method and equipment. Adjust time and heat settings as necessary.
Keep frozen. Once thawed, DO NOT REFREEZE.
