Non-medicinal ingredients: arabinogalactan, aspartic acid, citric acid, corn starch, dl-alpha tocopherol, d-fructose, elderberry juice concentrate, flavours, fruit and vegetable juice, glycine, malic acid, maltodextrin, medium chain triglycerides, potassium bicarbonate, potassium carbonate, potassium phosphate monobasic, silicon dioxide, sodium ascorbate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium phosphate monobasic, stevia leaf extract, sucrose, tartaric acid, trisodium citrate, yeast extract.

Store at room temperature. Protect from moisture. Carton contains individual packets. Do not use if packet seal is torn or broken.

Directions (adults): take 1 packet daily. Place contents of packet in glass, add 120-180 ml (4-6 oz) of water and stir. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Use for a minimum of 2 weeks to see beneficial effects (for cold prevention/reduction). Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 6 months.
