Cooking & Usage Tips
Keep frozen until ready to cook. If product has inadvertently thawed, do not refreeze and cook immediately.

Oven: preheat oven to 230°C (450°F). Place wings on a foil-covered baking sheet with a wire rack and cook 18 to 20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time.
Note: the piece of meat is really cooked when a thermometer placed in the centre indicates 74°C (165°F).
Sauce preparation instructions: thaw unopened sauce pouch in warm tap water while chicken wings are cooking. Unused sauce must be refrigerated after opening.
