Apply to your favourite rice or grain recipe. Use in salads, soups, as a side dish or entree.
Cooking instructions
1. In a large pot combine 1 cup of wild rice and 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to low simmer, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
3. Remove form heat and let stand for 30 minutes until desired texture is reached.
4. Strain and enjoy.
