Cooking & Usage Tips
10* ½ cup cooked portion
* Add more water if needed to reach desired texture.
Cooking instructions:
1. Combine 1 cup Floating Leaf blend with 1½ cups of water* in a small saucepan (pot).
* Substitute water with broth/stock for enhanced flavour
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Cover tightly with lid and reduce heat to low simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes (with lid).
5. Drain excess water if needed. Season as desired.
To prepare in a rice cooker please follow cookers instructions and use same water ratios.
