Cooking & Usage Tips
Cooking instructions:
1. Combine 1 cup Floating Leaf Wild Blend with 1¾ cups of water* in a medium saucepan (pot).
2. Bring to a boil.
3. Cover tightly with lid and reduce heat to low simmer and cook for 25 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes (with lid).
5. Fluff with a fork and serve.
* Add more water if needed to reach desired texture.
* Substitute water for broth/stock for enhanced flavour
To prepare in a rice cooker please follow cookers instructions and use same water ratios.

Storage: store in a cool dry place. Once opened reseal using zip seal.
