Recommended dose(s): For all age groups & purposes: For each dose, mix with at least 150 ml of liquid. Maintain adequate fluid intake throughout the day. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. 1 tablespoon = 8 g Provides antioxidants: Children 6-11 years old: take ½ tablespoon once daily. Adutls and adolescents 12+ years old: take 1 tablespoon once daily. As a laxative: effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days. Children 6-11 years old: take ½ tablespoon twice daily. Adults and adolescents 12+ years old: take 1 tablespoon twice daily.
