It has Cervelat (for a mild, smoky tang from Central Europe), hand-dipped Parmesano Salami (with its nutty saltiness from Northern Italy), and Hungarian Salami (bringing those rich paprika, garlicky flavours from the east). Pair this collection with a light, fruity wine, like a Sangiovese or a Pinot Grigio, or choose a fruity, sparkling wine. This salamis is hand-crafted from a traditional blend of the finest cuts of pork before they are fermented, lightly smoked and patiently air-dried for four to six weeks in the time-honoured tradition to create a classic European dry cure salami. All salamis are made in Canada using premium cuts of meat.
