In a non-stick frying pan, heat up 1 tbsp of oil at medium intensity. Cook burger 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until well cooked.
Barbecue
Oil grill and preheat BBQ to medium intensity. Grill burger 3 to 4 minutes on both sides or until well cooked.
Core temperature must reach 74 °C (165°F).
