Non-medicinal ingredients: safflower oil, softgel (vegan gelatin, purified water, glycerin) and natural mixed tocopherols. Also contains naturally occurring carotenoids including lutein in a synergistic blend.

Recommended Dose Adults: 1 softgel 1-2 times a day. To support eye health, reduce eye strain and fatique, take 2 to 10 softgels daily. Drink plenty of water. Store in a cool, dry, dark area. Do not store in refrigerator. For optimal conservation, squeeze air out of packaging before resealing.
