Gardein Barbecue Chick’n Wings 255 g (frozen)

Prepare me! Stovetop: In a non-stick frying pan over medium heat, add 1-2 tbsp of oil. Cook frozen wings for 8-10 mins until crispy and browned on both sides. Add sauce to pan for 30 seconds to coat wings. Conventional oven: Preheat to 400°F (205°C). In a bowl, mix frozen wings and defrosted sauce until well coated. Place wings flat on baking dish and bake for 10-15 mins until crisp. Sauce pack: Place sauce pack in bowl of hot water for 3 mins to defrost. Remember: Let rest for 2 mins before serving. Do not overcook. Cook thoroughly to internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) minimum.
