STOVETOP Heat 1 tablespoon (15mL) of vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook frozen plant-based strips covered, over medium heat for 7 to 10 minutes, turning occasionally. CONVENTIONAL OVEN Preheat oven to 205℃ (400℉). On a nonstick baking sheet, bake frozen plant-based strips for 12 to 14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. COUNTERTOP AIR FRYER Arrange single layer of frozen plant-based strips on bottom of fryer basket or rack. Cook at 205℃ (400℉) for 9 to 12 minutes turning halfway through cooking. MICROWAVE OVEN (1100 WATT) For best results, conventional oven is recommended. Place frozen plant-based strips in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH 6 to 6½ minutes, stirring halfway through cooking.
