Preparation And Usage
Mixing instructions: pour Gatorade® mix into a plastic or glass container. Add cold water, stir until mix is completely dissolved. Chill. Store in refrigerator. For optimal results, do not vary from mixing instructions. Product settles in shipment. Shake well before using to assure proper measurement. Keep in a cool dry place. Replace plastic lid tightly after use.
To make: 375 ml; add this much Gatorade mix: about 2 tablespoons; to this much water: 375 ml
To make: 750 ml; add this much Gatorade mix: about 4 tablespoons; to this much water: 750 ml
