Cooking & Usage Tips
YOU WILL NEED:
1/2 CUP (125 mL) WARM WATER (110ºF/45 ℃)
DIRECTIONS:
PREHEAT oven to 425ºF (220℃). Grease a 12" (30 cm) pizza pan. STIR pizza crust mix and water together until moistened. Stir until the dough comes together, cover and let rest 15 minutes. PRESS dough with oiled fingers into pan forming ridges on the side. Spread 1 cup (250 ml) of pizza sauce over dough. Sprinkle with 1 cup (250 ml) each of grated cheese and your favorite toppings. BAKE on lowest oven rack for 17-22 minutes or until crust is golden. THICK CRUST: press dough into a 9" (23 cm) circle on greased pan. DEEP DISH: grease 9" x 1 1/2" (23 cm x 4 cm) round pan. Press dough in bottom and 1" (2.5 cm) up side of pan. Bake at 400ºF (200℃) for 20-25 minutes.
