Preparation And Usage
Directions
Do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Take at or before bedtime when symptoms occur or as directed by a doctor. Adults: Chew 2-4 tablets once per day. Do not swallow whole. Jet lag: Take once a day at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern.
