Cooking Tips
Pre-cooking: Rinse the rice thoroughly. Soak for 30 minutes.
Quantity: Closed pan cooking, 2.5 cups of water for 1 cup of rice. For drier, firmer cooked rice, use less water. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter, and salt to taste (optional).
Cooking Method
Closed Pan Cooking: Bring water and rice to a boil. Cover pan with a tight lid and let simmer for 25 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
