Preparation And Usage

Mix in water.

Deep fry & serve.
1) Mix contents of this pack in 200 ml (6 ¾ fl. oz) water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 5 minutes.
2) Slice potatoes, onions, brinjal (eggplant). & Spinach. You can also use large whole green chillies. Dip these into the batter and coat evenly.
3) Deep fry in min. 500 ml (17 fl. oz) hot oil till golden brown. Serve hot with chutney or tomato sauce. Tip : for crispy onion pakoras (bhaji): slice approx 4-5 medium size onions, 3-4 green chillies and chopped coriander/cilantro. Mix well and add the Pakora mix to the onion mixture. Gradually add 150 ml water just enough to form a thick batter. Deep fry spoonfuls of the batter.
